The Auditorium
The largest space at MLR Whitefield is the auditorium. It seats 799 in theatre style on about 4,788 sq ft, with a deep thrust stage, two modern green rooms, and its own acoustics and lighting.

The Banquet Hall
The indoor banquet hall takes 450 to 500 guests in theatre style. It is set up for wedding receptions, family lunches and cocktail evenings, as well as corporate events, seminars and presentations, and it has a professional audio system.

Meeting Rooms and Board Room
For smaller sessions, MLR Whitefield has two meeting rooms that take 50 to 60 people each, and a board room for 10 to 15 in U-shape, theatre or cluster style. Use them for training sessions, breakouts, speaker briefings or a sponsor meeting alongside a larger event.
Pre-function Area and Courtyard
The pre-function area holds 300 people. Guests pass through it before the main event, so it works for registration, a welcome drink, an interval snack counter or a buffet.
The courtyard also holds 300 guests and gives evening functions an open-air setting, for example a cocktail hour before a reception or dinner after a performance.
Catering, Rooms and Parking
MLR’s catering team curates menus that range from regional South Indian feasts to global fusion dishes, and menus can be customised for dietary requirements. Outdoor catering options are also available.
