To this let me add my own experience. When I first came to look at the place, Mr. Raghavendra at the Front Desk made the terms and conditions clear to me. All the promises were kept. Both when I checked in and checked out, meter readings for electricity and water were recorded in my presence. There was no reason for us to remind or follow up on anything. In fact, we did not have to go to the office even once during our stay. On the whole, the relationship was professional, friendly and memorable.”
